Poly lam pigment leaching into fill coat

did an opaque lamination and then skimmed over it with another batch of pigmented lam resin to make sure it was fully saturated.
only issue is it seems the catalyst in the second skim coat didn’t kick the lam resin enough for how much pigment put in i’m assuming.
when i went to do a “hot coat” the pigment seems to be leaching out of the lam slightly.
Is my lamination compromised at all?
Will the “hot coat” aid in fully curing the lamination?

Trying to visualize, but due to medical/medicaid cuts my remote viewing stops at the horizon. Take a hammer to those leashes. We don’t need no stinkin’ leashes.

haha good one, I will try to get another photo, it’s hard to see in the pictures i don’t think my camera picks up enough clarity.

If the hotcoat is hot enough, yes it will help cure the lam. Pigmented resin always requires extra MEK.
