Well I have a little problem. Used my h20 based Posca pen to put outlines on some artwork. Artwork was on the foam and the outlines on the sanded hotcoat. Sprayed 3 coats of Future acryllic and it looked great! First surf and the report is some of the outlines rubbed off! How the heck does that hapen through the sealer?? I am bummed …had a bad week trying to do too much at one time. Should I use the oil based Posca for pinlines? Is the oil based OK under Future?? One more stick and the camel is gonna fart! Krokus
Future is fairly well known to come off at least a little in sea water. Seal your water-based Posca artworks with Krylon satin clear. That is pretty much standard. Use a 3M pad to lightly go over the clearcoat before waxing up. Good Luck.
i second that, the future is good as a sealant but NOT as a protectant. http://www.surfboardglassing.com
