Check your OS version, check your settings. which browser you’re using could be a biggie as well - safari may not work but netscape or whatever it is these days is more ‘standards compliant’.

First off, what sort of computer and operating system are you using? You want to be using a fairly recent browser version, like Internet Explorer 5 or 6, and you need to have your pictures below a certain size,something like 35KB.
