Pre glass foam question

Rookie here. Shaping a garage board. Taking it to a glasser here in Ventura.
Wondering if minor imperfections in my foams surface like the ones in my pics will effect glassing quality or if these will be smoothed over in the glassing process?

No problems, will be good.

All good as far as lam goes, no effect there but cosmetically you’ll still see it.

It will not affect the glass job, but next time; Use a sharp mini plane and take the stringer down just below the foam for the whole length of the stringer. Then with a block and sanding screen take the foam down flush to the stringer. Screen the whole board by hand with a foam pad. Screen the rails with screen held by the corners. Cosmetically, you’re not ready to go to the glasser until you have done this. Looks like you Surformed the blank and stopped there. That tear out on the rail looks like a Surform tear. Whatever you used to take down the stringer wasn’t sharp enough. Don’t feel bad though, I’ve seen tears down the stringer on boards shaped by pros that have been shaping for decades. But usually on clear boards. Most shapers go the extra mile on a blank that is going to paint or get resin color.

Just curious, is this EPSor PU?
Fuctionally it will be fine.

I use the Artu Hobby Plane to knoch down the stringer, by holding it at a slight angle to the stringer. Workers great on the bottom and most of the deck. On the nose deck rocker, you might want to use a curved japanase plane.
Sometime the stringer shaves off super nice, requiring minimal sanding screen scrubbing.
