i just recently visited a glassing shop and watched one of their glassers in action. he said he had been glassing for 30 years and started glassing for brewer when he was 20. ive been told that he will not let anyone watch him but for some reason he liked me and let me watch. i stood back in amazement as he glassed 7 surfboards in about 35 minutes. He even stopped to answer his cell phone a couple of times. he had no bubbles, no drips, and no loose strings. i watched him for about three hours before i even noticed that they were closing. it was a truly incredible experience not to mention humbling aswell. anyways jim phillips i was wondering how many boards you make a day. their shop puts out 8-10 complete boards a day from the shapers to painters to glassers. austin
