i found measurements for fin placement but it was all on fish style outlines. im lookin for measurements on fin placement for a quad fin shortboard. like a stretch fletcher 4 or something. would they be the same or similar as to the fish placements? thanks
look for a quad shortboard in your area . . . visit the store . . . I bring a paper and pencil and draw the tail . . . then mark where the fins go . . . get the fin placement from those, or ask a local shaper . . . If you live in a surfless / shaperless area . . . then ask someone from here that has access to or owns a shortboard quad to do it for you . . . I don’t have a shortboard quad.
