Got a template all drawn up for my quad fish I’m about to shape. 5’8" x 15’ x 20.5" x 15.75", double bump quad, widepoint 3" forward of centre. I’ve been halted in midstream for the last few days. Most people love their quads, and there are lots of pics on the net. What I’ve tried to look at most is Mandala’s and Speeddialers. Chip posted a pic of Lazmodo’s Mandala and Speed dialer side by side in Oldy’s thread. Most fishes have widepoint ahead of centre but that Speeddialer looks like it is at centre, maintaining a bit more width through the rear of the board. Is Pavel and maybe others moving their widepoints back? How wide is he doing it as it still looks pretty wide? When I went to greenroom.com, the quad shape was much more traditional.
this might help, it’s a interview with Rich. Has some pictures.

hope this helps.
Thanks mate, have read the interview. Mostly, I was intrigued as it seemed that the latest pics i had seen of speeddialers showed the widepoint back towards the centre. I was wondering if this was true and why. thanks for your reply.
