OK, I’ve found Zig pens at Walmart believe it or not. They have a few different kinds both say pigment ink. One is the writer series and the other is caligraphy series. Each pen $2.99. Package of 10 primary colors of caligraphy series $15.99. Are they each the same pens just different tip sizes? They have two tips one fine and one wide. The caligraphis have 5mm on one side and 1.2mm on the other. If they are the same would love to get the set of primary colors in the caligraphy series. Thanks for your help.
I don’t know if those two types are both the same, but I’ve used the Zig calligraphy pens, and some others that were closer to magic marker size, but have a round tip (didn’t like the latter too much, hard to get a clean line).
Howzit daved, The zig pens I used were the memorywriters and had a 6mm wedge tip, and the container is made of metal. I have seen some Zigs at Wal-mart but the ones that I saw were not the same as what I used. Actually since putting a hole in the bottom of an empty one and filling with India ink I like how that works better now. Aloha, Kokua
Thanks Kokua and Keith. These ones did have a wedge tip on one side 5mm and a fine point on the other. I also saw the Zig paint pens but they are like Uni paint pens and from past practise the Uni’s don’t work well, they don’t leave a clean line as you suggested. I also saw them at Office Max, don’t know if they are the memory writer but they were $5 each.
