Quick question. The little cracks around the box.
My thoughts. Tape it up around the cracks. Then dribble a tiny bit of resin to seep into it. Then sand it back.
Alternatively, tape around the cracks, then apply to he thicker clear duraresin (sun activated ding repair product) smoosh the resin into the crack as best as I can. Squash the clear plastic onto it an whack it in the sun for 2 mins to set, quick sand, tape off.
If it were mine I would sand it and lay a patch of glass over the fin box. Because it looks like a structural weak spot that resin alone won’t fix. But that’s just me, your mileage may vary.

have a mate that runs a single fin invitational comp every year, you have seen the pics of me riding my home made single in the contest last year.
this way i’m surfing an old one.
i may even ad a resin bead around the edge and the wet sand the whole thing. but for now i just wanna get i wet…
