quick UV Resin Question

Using UV Resin for a board, already mixed. finished the lam and want to get this thing done on the pronto. Only problem is I work during most daylight hours. I need to do the hot coat and just sand. 

I know I can buy UV lights to kick the hot coat but was curious can I catalyze with MEKP as if it wasn’t UV and will it fully cure? I’ve added MEKP to the hot coat before to move the process but then still hit it with sun. 

and if the answer is yes we’re talking about 35 degrees F NY weather, what percentage MEKP would you recommend, like 4%?

Yes it will work, and 4% is plenty. Warm the resin and it will flow better. Post cure in the light, and it will help it reach a full cure…
