Maybe you could get hold of a arc welder and some stock metal, it wouldn’t be too difficult. You could set them into large plastic bins of concrete or bolt them into some old truck wheels, or bolt them into the floor if its concrete? Maybe its time to make friends with the local farmers??? My wood stands that I made were well wobbley, because the large screws I used started to work loose because the wood you get from B+Q is crap quality. But I fixed them up by using the fibre glass off cuts and resin and glassing the joints. Its a bit of a bodge, and not my style, but the things are now bullet proof, and once I set them into some concrete bins they’ll be solid. Take it easy Peaman
One thing to be careful of if you set your stands in concrete in buckets, the weight of the concrete can bow the bottoms of the buckets. This happened to me and thing are a bit wobbly when i first tried to use them. They were not that way when first dumped the concrete in. After it all hardened is when I first noticed it. I used the big plastic buckets that you get detergent in. Jon
