red x will be coming out with aercor fins for their system and i was offered a set for 15 extra on my new board. todd proctor (the shaper) says that they are going to be the best removable fins out there. i want to know what others have heard, what’s the difference between these and the standard ones. and just to throw it in there- what’s everyone’s favorite red x template. this will be my first board with red x and don’t know the range as well as fcs- so fat the x-7 is looking pretty sweet…could anyone help me?

Dave, We have been working with Aercore to produce their light weight fin for our system for a year and half now. I am told that Aercore is in production as we speak. But, so far we have just got some proto-types that we have given to a few of our team riders. When Aercore does produce fins with the Red X root it will be their original template. We do not have that exact template in our line right now. If you would like to get information on each of the templates we make, you can check out www.redxfins.com.
