removal of waxpaper

This morning i flipped a board over to cut laps,and picked it up with waxpaper(wrong side in)

Any ideas for its removal ?

I have never seen wax paper that had a “wrong side”. I use the typical household type, CutRite.

Hair dryer and peel.

I’ve always lightly sanded it off. But if it’s too tacky, it could be messy.

just lightly scrape it with a razor blade to take of as much as possible without cutting the cloth.

then use a clean piece of scrap cloth and rub the area lightly  with clean acetone comes off real easy.

I was going to suggest lighting it on fire, but some of these other suggestions will probably work too!
