Replacing Skil 100 Bearings Question

Hi All.

I am in the process of replacing the bearings on my Skil. I removed the gear (which was stuck on pretty good), and I pulled at the bearings, but they are on pretty good, and I havent had any luck. Any ideas on getting the bearings off; photos?

Could I just wedge two butter knives under and pry? or no Prying?
