Good job Noodle!! I live in El Segundo, CA which is about 10 mins from Torrance in the South Bay here and I have heard nothing nor have I read anything about this. The Daily Breeze (local paper) I am sure would have covered such an issue especially being that the Hyperion plant is here in El Segundo and they are always watching out for spills and such.
