Anybody have an idea how this crazed/crack effect is achieved with polyester resin?
Mix the resin/catalyst HOTTER than normal. The effect is caused by rapid shrinkage of the resin as it cures.
Or — it’s a double or triple casting.
Smashed glass chunks that are put In a mold (suspended) and then fill the mold with resin.
