low blow johnmellor..."how many aussies/kiwi holding one bloke down"...are you insinuating something?
as I see it here, we have enough local eps and epoxy around to not even bother with the "god's gift of RR". Looks like the distributor has lost a few sales here anyway. personally im not using eps or epoxy so not to fussed (although may give it a shot in the future)...its simple can't get RR, dont care wont use it, ill use someone elses product and let them get the sale, and of course future sales if I like uing the epoxy system.
mds- you could always make a nice pendant for a necklace with those DVDs, Ive seen that done in the states before...great big silver disk hanging on the front of ya chest!! ps got ya msg re motivation will chek it out, ta mate!
is motivation boxes a copy of probox?. this would be a big shame imo
larry probox is a really nice guy.
well cant expect much less from an island of convicts!
i vote we sack america, steal all there eps and go into making movie sets
hollywood on the goldcoast!
as far as i know tho. in the movie business polyU is still king for foreground shots however
eps for cheaper backgrounds. interested to see what they blow there foam with. talking hundreds of of tonnes i imagine.
some kiwi company tried the whole sell the foam with the epoxy resin thing . as far as i can tell its was a storm in a teacup. no one want to be told what foam to use especially when its shitty eps.i think it was called kealahna. lots of wankery
as far as not selling to the little guys. it seems no one had a problem putitng the shits up fcs for it .but getting upset for questioning what rr is doing
i honestly dont care what i have to use either. seen plenty of 15 y old poly boards around in good nick . surfed pretty hard out as well. cheap ass west system and i can still make a lighter stronger board then most . not that i need too! plenty of good clear locally manufactured epoxy resins in NZ for over 20 years. nothing new. most of adtech auz recipes are nz recipes anyway. in fact anywhere you see people winning yahct races there will a be more then a few kiwis involved
They do fit fcs, shapers and a range of other fins but I use them for my own fins on my boards and for customers I generally use shapers fins. They are cheaper.
I live in California...I pick up the phone , I call the dude...leave a message...a couple of days later the dude meets me in that parking lot next to the freeway....it's like a drug deal.....no Aussie's allowed.... Kiwis wait your turn...fast and easy...cash only...No BS....Who are you?....Right place right time....Ha ha ......It's all for fun........
The final result sounds the same Paul but getting there sounds like more work. Flipping within 3 hours with RR fast is pretty good compared to 7+ hours. And some users say you definitely have to scrub and wash between lam and filler with K, which I've never had to do with RR. But I don't appear to have a choice at the moment so will probably give it a go, or give AdTech a go.
