I am using too much pressure? Should I round the corners of my squeegee a bit more? Tips?

Howzit dean, I agree with ken since the only thing I can think is you are not angling your squeegee so it is pushing the resin towards the rail and just leave the squeegee ends square. Do you buy your squeesees already cut to length. I used to buy mine in 3 ft lengths and cut them to the length I wanted then cut an inch off the top to make them more flexable plus slicing some line diagonally even makes them more flexable.Aloha,Kokua

Try using a plastic spreader instead of a squeegee.
Take some pics while you are glassing your next board so we can see what you are doing.
