Aloha! I couldn’t get the photo to download yesterday. That’s my brother Nihi with our 11-0 that I made him a few years ago. He placed 8th in last year’s Eddie on this board. He had only ridden it 3 times before last year’s event. Also, he was the only surfer to surf the contest leashless. It was a great honor for me to have my brother ride my board, and place high, in the Eddie Aikau contest. Everyone here was super stoked for us, it was almost like we won the whole event! Aloha! Thanks for responding Rick. As many do, I check out the daily digital images from Jamie Ballenger. I’m always fascinated with the big wave guns for Waimea or Hanalei, so after seeing Mr. K’s beauty I was stoked to see your name on the board. It must be incredible to work w/ such a knowledgeable surfer as Titus. Good on you guys!
