Like the little guitar picks . Would fin placement need to be designed for it or could you just throw some keels and a set of nubs on a quad board?
Keel + small leader with additional cant. A twinzer-type setup. The leader adds hold and a little additional surface area, so you’ll want to use a smaller keel, but this setup is a great setup for a fish - it takes all the drama out of going backside. This is easily my favorite fin setup for a fish.
I have a quad fish with Futures Controller quads. I thought about taking the rear quad fins out and replacing them both with the long based Futures nubster fins. I have seen it done. I bet this would be a faster setup then with the larger rear quad fins. I find my quad fish to be a little stiff as is so I might try this setup. Is this similar to what you are asking? I second the notion that Twinzers rule!
