what is the ideal speed for a variable sander polisher to go up to for sanding and what speed to come down to for polishing? or can i convert avariable speed angle grinder with 2800rpm-11000rpm? as i have one i dont use thanks
i use the milwaukee 5540 sander. i keep it in the middle speed range. it’s a heavy tool, so i can’t move it as fast. that’s just for sanding. polishing i think you should crank it up a little. but i’m not 100% on this. hopefully some more responses come in…
