That sucks… been there, done that…
I do my rails by hand now. After I use a grit on the flats, I pull it off the pad, spritz it with Super77, stick it to my hand and hit the rails.

Hey Scott, how did you figure the fin layout? How are they foiled? I’m thinking of doing a 5 finner, and would appreciate any input or inights you have as a result of your experience with this board. Thanks for posting this build thread.
