I have just finished shaping my #3, but have decided i’ll do plain white, no tints this time.
Was planning to seal today with microbaloons/epoxy, was reading an other topic, “sealing eps and tints” Trent (thank you) suggested to seal and lam immediately, but what about sealing both side, wait for curing, light sand the blank and then glass it?
Or it’s bettere for a good chemical bond to seal one side, glass it then flip when it gels, do the cutlap, seal and lam again?
What about 64 bottom 66*4 deck?
This method is a bit complicated for me, my epoxy is slow curing, 24hours for it, so if i do it tonight, the sealer will be ready tomorrow night fully cured, i cann’t lam before, cause i’ll be at work :-/
Have decided to seal it, to cover some dings in the blank, will not use spackle cause i cann’t find lightweight here.
Ciao Flavio
