Good tips with priorities, thank you.

Nice one Brad. Liked the article.

Thanks & Cheers!

That was rad, I really want a space again;(

Was satrting to get one sorted and then had to move house…

thank you, it made me do what I have known I should do, and that is fix my lighting situation.

I only ran 120 cm of light on each side. got new shelving and hung the remaining two fixtures last nigth.

So now I have 2 meters and 40 cm of lightsource on each side. thats 7.8 feet. 6" above racks.

The difference is astounding. so much better, Im now catching shadows where before I didnt see them.

Especially on the flats. again thanks.

Want to really see what’s going on?

Try light boxes instead of lights under a shelf.

Channels light directly to the board.

Under shelf puts a great deal of light to the floor.

I personally like darker floor for contrast looking down off the board.

Contrast and shadows are key.

wow thats a shrine like room right there. i use 4 old ceiling fixtures, but not that depth, they look like they shoot light for sure. mine are double, but im only running one line (the top). but i see your point about the light bleeding downwards. maybe i can come up with a fix, we`ll see
