When shipping your order, a box fee of $25.00 is added; this covers the cost of the box and packaging. An additional box is $20.00 and can be strapped together with the first box to ship up to 8 blanks per shipment. Each box will hold from 3 to 4 blanks each, depending on style and size.
We must have a physical shipping address (no P. O. Boxes) and telephone contact for each shipment.
Please be aware that shipment rates to residential addresses will be higher than shipment to business addresses.
All orders are insured for the full amount.
Important! If shipping box arrives damaged, write a description of the damage on the delivery receipt, open the box and inspect the blanks. If blanks are damaged, the delivery driver will provide an “exception number”; write this number on the delivery receipt. Please call sFoam and report the damage and the “exception number”. sFoam will file the claim and arrange replacement of any damaged product. [/indent]
