I ordered a modified planer from them about 3 weeks ago and sent them a message wondering when it would ship last week and haven’t heard back. First time ordering from them, are they a reputable business?

However, you can file disputes with credit cards too.
I ordered a makita install kit and it took 3 weeks to get in, no emails or anything for a while then they said it was on back order. i feel like they don’t do well with customer communication but the products always come. and are good quality.
Probably just held up with back orders or something don’t worry it will come
