I heard on the radio that a young bodyboarder (no name was given) was attacked by a shark on Reunion Island. The guy had a leg chopped off but was saved by friends who took him to the hospital in time. The shark might have been a tiger, they said.
news like this make me feel happy about living in portugal!!! all you have to worry about is that dam spider fish (a fish from the same family as the stone fish, the scorpion fish and others)! not deadly, but hurts like hell!!!
i had the bad luck of steping on 3 of them in the same year, with the same foot!!!
