I don’t think the shark gave the board a hard bite. They often do a test bite and if they don’t like what they taste they move on. Most of the time the boards are much more fragile and if your legs or arm are in the wrong place they get slashed up. Maybe wood boards have a place in the water. More of these test bites on hard wood boards and they won’t be bothering surfers.
