Several sheets of polystyrene under floor insulation, two 250 watt heat lamps. Can get up to about 42* C.
Handy to have a small fan for circulation too...
Well, that is cool. Or hot. What are the channels for? You obviously don’t use a rocker bed. Surprised. Any problems with that?
And what glue do you use to stick the board to the side? ha
[img_assist|nid=1060095|title=Small Hot Box|desc=|link=none|align=left|width=0|height=0]This is a small hot box that I use to cure my vacBagged carbon ukuleles.
I use 2" foam from Home Depot and glue it together with Gorilla Glue. Notice the hair dryer on the right side of the box... on low this box gets up to 120 deg. F - on high it gets up to 140 deg. F. I just finished curing a tenor uke, it's still hooked to the vac.

This is my board hot box, 11'x4'x12". Notice the hole down at the far end... I stick the hair dryer in there, heat goes round and round...

Open Box - Notice the added parts to the 'door' to help move/direct the hot air and help to keep the shape of the opening.
Hair dryer on this box at low setting brings the temp to 110 deg.F and on high takes it to 130 deg.F This one is EPS from Home Depot and stuck together with Gorilla Glue also.

…the channels are to make the eps rigid to stick between floor joists i think…
…I don’t think the rocker changes while cooking - ive checked it on the rock bed afterwards.
…heh heh …i stick it to the side with the passion
