Please post them here …
dimensions would be good, too …base , depth , rake , and anything else you might like to mention about the fin .
Hopefully , it might provide some inspiration for the "auslocks board’'s fin …
thanks !

… anyone ???
I’ll try and get pen to paper for you Chip.
I have a dead camera battery, and no pics of previous fins, but I’ll try and remember some of the ones I used to use and get them here, just for comparison purposes.
Problem with fins and boards is that rough sketches just don’t cut it.
Other peoples pics of fins would be good.
thanks a lot Greg !!
I’d like to have quite a few of OTHER people’s [besides all of my many ones] to choose from , when it comes around to template choices for a single fin [or two or three!] for the “Auslocks” board .
And , besides , I think I burnt myself out [and nearly my scanner , too !] with all the drawing up , cutting out, scanning , re-sizing, and posting , of the keel templates , and the twin fin templates , already !
I feel like sitting back , and letting others have a go , this time … [ time for me to “lurk” , for a change , perhaps ?! ]

Howzit Chip?
Maybe this could be of some use, Jim Phillips gave me the template and showed me how to foil it. I am in the middle of glassing my board, so I cant tell you any thing about the fin yet, but I’m sure you know all about it. I don’t know how to make a lock box fin, or I’d offer to make one for you guys, but it sounds like plenty of people want to help.
good luck,
Austin
Chip,
Be glad to send you some via the old Clipper ship. mike
cheers guys !
…that’s a nice looking fin , Rhino / Jim .What are the measurements on it , please …

Hi Rhino!
looks like we have simaler fin taste.
Hi Chip!
You have “surfboard design and construction 77” dont you? stacks of good fins in that too.
others…
The 69 ‘flow’ fin i very much lick (above center) below far right.
(the fin in the centre is my modified attemp of “Sam” 66., the fin on the left is a clunkier 64/65 fin, (the progression from d fins to high aspects.)
"You have “surfboard design and construction 77” dont you? stacks of good fins in that too. "
ah yes , thanks for reminding me , Josh !
I hope though that we can get an AUSSIE fin template [if there IS such a thing , besides the winged keel] to use in the “AUSlocks board”.[Maybe I can inlay a small aussie flag in the glass , eh ?!]
ben
~Chip~
base is 5.5"
rake is 4"
depth is 7.5".
When I loaded the temlate from my computer to this thread, it was full size, so as long as the fourm did not convert the measurments, you should be able to print it out to scale with no prolblem.
-Kudos Josh
