A brother just asked me a skatebord related question, and I recall one of you had kindly previously provided us with an excellent skate site…which I forgot now. [d’oh !]
it was something like maybe 'ncs. or n.a.c.s , or something … from my vague memory ?

6’ onshore shallow straighthanders here…but the 5’7 ‘Stubbie’ got a three hour run this morning , anyway.
I now remember why that skate site address was given out previously…
The [apparently] inimitable [ his name really IS …] " Herb Spitzer" was given a mention in that site , under one of the disciplines…downhill or slalom, from memory …
go Herb, go ! Do you still skate …bowls and pools ? I hope so !! [p.m. me, if you like !]

Josh, how far to the nearest skatepark from where you live…biking distance ? [mine’s at ‘Perry Lakes’…about a 30 or so minute cycle]
Nearest Park is 45mins cycle but being in the western suburbs you get all the wantobe gangstars on the pushbikes thinking there cool, so I just skate gutters and hills.
But atleast youve got surf, and heck the las time i saw a 6footer was newyears day, got a good surf in on sunday about a solid 4foot.
