SONIC FOAM

We've had some problems since last posting. The cockroaches seem lethargic in our captive environment. A marine biologist friend stated that it reminds him of Great Whites being captured then dying shortly thereafter. Damn, I thought we had found the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow.

They died fast, and we had a real mess to clean up afterwards. Sure, it's a legit tax write off, but still........

We've now moved on to popcorn. THe trick with this stuff is probably like what you experienced with the Rice Krispies: finding a good lightweight bonding agent. We think we may have found a good eco friendly binder, but nnow we are faced with trying to get the kernels separated from fluffy part of the popped corn.

As you well now Keith, researching and developing new materials for our industry is a really tough row to hoe. Look at Ice 9 and their Cane approach along with the other MDI guys. I know I know, the eco versus toxic subject comes up, but at the end of the day it just seems like the TDI and toxic stuff that wants to kill you still nets a superior product regarding pu foams. Personally, I like the toxic stuff, it keeps the competition down.

Hopefully our popcorn approach will bridge that gap? We get our popcorn REAL cheap, so thank god we have room to move on plowing back profits and doing some R&D.

We will keep you posted on our project, which by the way, we moved the whole factory to Kurdistan (the "other Iraq") as they offered big incentives and unlimited square footage to work from. Plus we got a lotta Obama bucks for the diplomatic implications...

WOW! Pop Corn?

can i try a pop corn blank?

Dead…when you get some viable foam…I’ll beta test for you all day long

Not the roaches though…I hate roaches.

…snicker…snicker
