Speedy, MrJ and Herb...

I’m heading to the store today and buy a digital camera.

I need something that is not to complex or technical.

Price is always an issue but reliability is critical.

I think for me the ajustment of the speed and quickness factor of the Supercharged boards took me by suprize. At first it was like the boards became self-aware and could out manuver my reflexes, and thoughts. Not against my will or judgement ,just faster, quicker than my body could react. In time… I mastered the design as it evolved, and reeped my/it’s rewards.

That’s right,I got my rewards in rides…not of this world.

yes Speedy when to use this sort of board is something I have thought about. When its 1.5 x overhead either the flyer or the step up will work fine. When choppy at this size Bells can have waves in a wave with uneven pockets that can be effectively worked with a shorter board so the flyer has the advantage there. But the step up has the advantage with better wave catching and speed to beat the sections, so if its smooth or bigger than that it will be the better choice. A decade or so ago I used to own a 6' 2" potato chip type board - this didn't go well in this wave - it didn't like the deep water power.
