A quick question for the clique.
When spray painting a large section of foam (i.e. the entire deck) do you still prefer an airbrush or do you move up to something more substantial? And if so, what do you use?
Thanks- D

For larger spray jobs I use my gravity fed Ingersol Rand paint sprayer. I think it was around $75-$100. I have tried to use my airbrush to do larger jobs but the larger sprayer seems to give me a more even paint coverage. One drawback to the larger gun is that it does use paint quicker. Just make sure you back off on the flow needle so you get an even fine spray.
I use a FUJI 3 turbine HVLP with a fine tip. It covers in 2 passes.
they have all sorts of inexpensive sprayguns that are completely functional for what we do. You can get 3 for 50.00 and get free shipping
get a big quart gun
the touch up gun and the gravity fed spot gun, that will cover most anything you need.
