Hey Sterne you are supposed to put the fins on before you gloss and polish the board…haven’t you learned anything after all of our phone conversations?I’m just goofin you.Glad to see you back on the Sway.Board looks good. Scott/R.B. Thanks guys. I’ve been way out of the loop in building boards for the last 3 months. Work has taken up too much of that precious free time that we all need. This 6’0" has FCS plugs (unseen in view of the bottom 'cause that shot was taken just before glassing). I’ve been running some homebuilt 5x7 keel type fins that are cut to fit FCS plugs. I’ve really come to rely on this larger surface area fin template, so much more drive and down the line projection out of turns with this flat fish shape. I’ve been lurking our here for the last week or two as time allows and getting very anxious to get back in the shop for some board building. As always, Swaylock’s is still the ONLY place to find so many ideas and answers. Keep it up Mike, the new site runs very fast and smooth on a 28.8 modem connection.
