I left my house to go to San Clemente @ 12:30pm and returned @ 6:45pm to find my gate open and my skateboard stolen.
I built the skateboard from a 36" Powell Surf One Deck that was tan or clear birch wood ply in color with a silk screen on the bottom of a woody surf vehicle and “Surf One” on it. On the deck, I put strips of clear grip tape at a diagonal angle down the deck, leaving un-grip-taped strips in between. there was also a “Heavenly” sticker on the deck cut at a diagonal angle as well under clear grip tape at about the center.
there was a DC shoes black and white sticker under the nose on the bottom.
It had nice independent trucks, really nice (and fast) red bearings, and wide blue Sector Nine wheels with a white swirl pinline and a red swirl pinline and a number on them. They were super cool wheels. I had two black spacers under each truck.
Whoever stole it, had the balls to open my fenced gate, walked in, and grabbed it. They are lucky my 6 year old dog was behind my other gate, or I would have found them lying in my driveway with their arm or leg in his mouth.
