Whats the best way to store resin…I live in a hot and humid climate and just went to use some glossinng resin that was about 4 months old and it had gone off in the can…Its a long drive or high shipping cost to replace. Any suggestions?
I’ve discovered that storing my Silmar in the air conditioned house makes it last longer, maybe twice as long. So cooler is better. How cool can you go? I don’t know. The technical lititure indicates a “cool place not to exceed 75 degrees F.” That said, I know our local distributer keeps it in a non-climate controled building (in floirda) Day time tempatures are often in the 90s during the summer. What’s more, I do not know of any glass shops here that are airconditioned. Personal observation is that it can take a lot of heat without damage. I would be reluctant to put this inside a home. Its flamable and toxic. Shine
