BMW Skateboard/longboard called streetcarver. Sorry to go off topic but anyone here check these out? From a design point of view they look unreal. Anyone ride one? Whaddya think? Could it be a good crosstraining/off season dry land alternative to surfing? Thanks.

I have a Carveboard and my surfing jumped 1000% with it.

Something else to consider when it comes to a whole new world of fun on hard surfaces… the Freebord offers performance no other hybrid skateboard design can claim: not only does it carve, but it also offers the ability to smoothly and effortlessly drift your frontside and backside turns as far as you want, and then back again! Sometimes if you close your eyes, you
ll swear that you
re sliding… setting and releasing your edges… moving across water or snow instead of pavement. Aside from its obvious performance aspects, the Freebord simply FEELS good. http://www.freebord.com/ Dale
