Stripped old Longboard. Repair the rails pre-glassing.

Hey everyone,   So i stripped the glass off of a 10’ triple stringer 60’s Hannon longboard.  Peeling the glass off the rails did not work out so great and now there are divits all along the rails.  What is the best way to fix all these little holes before glassing?  Was thinking about mixing up poly resin with Q Cell and some Cab O Sil to patch holes.  This is gonna be very messy and time consuming so was wondering if there are any other materials that could be used to replace the missing foam.  Thanks yall!

pictures?

Hey Huck sorry I didnt post the pics sooner.  Here they are.

Full board.  I glued up a piece of cedar in the front half of the stringer because the Balsa in the T-Band was completely rotten.  I used Gorilla Glue.  Do you think that it will hold when the board flexes or will the joint create a breaking point?
