I do cartoon art and did a few shows around boston. have a lame site up right now–but upgrading very very soon. someone from a skateshop refered me to surfer mag and stuff to try to find out info on chemicals used for protecting the board. i am working on a skatedeck line of hand painted work but it seems that regular polyeurothane makes my art bleed a bit…tried spray poly but it just doesn’t seem to have a hard enough coat to protect. am looking for something to coat it enough that it takes a pretty big gash to reck the art. any suggestions from you guys who do surf board art?
