got some great waves,all to myself.
kind of eerie…was a bit stormy and disorganized looking at first, but in a short time it glassed off nicely.
got to really ride/eval. my 4q2/boattail bullet.
it rode well !
i think the largest amounts of people out at anytime of the morning was 6.
surfed from 0845-1145.caught like 40+ waves…lol.
i wish friday the 13th came more often.

Suits the fin set up to a tee.
Because the board is set up with Red X I can’t do you any good with fins.
But if you build one with FCS Fussion plugs in it. I think we could come up with something as radical as the 4Q2 tag.Think about it and we’ll talk as you performance testing proceeds.

i’m not doing the fusions as of yet ,but i am doing regular fcs boxes,and can do …pro box or lok box,really.
feels good to not feel exausted all the time…surfing is fun again!
i plan on passing over the prototype board to tom okeefe at daum tooling for awhile. in the meantime i am building 3 new versions.A gun ,a fish and a longboard.

Keep me posted about the new versions. FCS would be my choice, cause fins are so easy to make for the system. Probox is a good one too as you can slide the fins fore and aft. It seems more secure than The FCS plugs, though considerably heavier. I’'ve been having great results with the FCS fusion system, very light ver strong and very simple to install.
Damn I wish I was back in the water, but there’s hope. I just have to be patient.

Howzit Herb, I am doing good and had my cataract op Tuesday and now I can see with both eyes since they are both bionic now. Was at my surgeons the other day and told her I wished they didn't pull all my teeth and she tells me that she thought it was extreme and tried to talk me out of it. Well I yold her I didn't even remember her talking to me or I would have agreed with her, had to have been all the morphie they were pumping into me. That is a great example of why we all should have someone with us when making those kinds of decisions, she said she would have taken maybe 3 teeth. Aloha,Kokua
