Swaylock's homepage boards - aretheyhulls?

Excuse me if I missed the description somewhere, but regarding those boards on the homepage with the flex fins - are they displacement hulls? From what I can see from the tails and fins, they look pretty sweet. So who was the shaper? (Liddle. Paul Gross, Spencer Kellogg?)
