what is a good tail rocker measurement to start at. im making a 7’4’ egg from a blank that already has 2.75 inches shaped into the tail. should i leave it at around that mark.

YES LEAVE IT AT THAT, BUT ADD TAIL VEE(BACK 1/3) IF YOU STILL CAN, TO LOOSEN UP THE RAIL TO RAIL TURNS AND CUTBACKS.
