Just read about this contraption in Surfer Magazine and wanted to see what the people here had to say. I would think if people will be using these things on flat days they might want to have some modifications to there boards (aka bullet proof glassing). This might be a great way to test fin variations also.
Winches have been used for a few years now by wakeskaters and wakeboarders… Lets them ride water that normally couldn’t be… Accounted for a lot of inner-city water fountain type events…
yeah…either a winch or a pwc to do tow-at’s
