yup thats it, Ha Ha
I used to have a replica of one of those in .36 cal
and a 45 cal mountain rifle
fun stuff!!!
Howzit balsa, Never seen one on the road but now thatI amonthe mainland I will keep my eyes open and maybe even look into fining one.Can always check Google and craigelists. I remember the first time I saw a hanamauge bus and askedthe salesman about that bus that looked like a VW. He looked atme and said that VWs look like Hanamauge sine they were the oldest made trucks in germany or Europe. Big difference sinc this was1969 and the Hanamauge had a front mounted diesel engine where VW was still a rear engine air cooled engine. The saleman told methe you didn't even think about the Hanamauge engine giving you troulble til 250.000 miles. Aloha.Kokua
Here is my own little collection of replicas, Ken. I used to have the whole lot (Remington, Rogers & Spencer, Spiller & Burr, Le Mat + all Colt models) but life is life and I had to sell pretty much everything including my Winchester '73 rifle replica by Uberti some years ago when things were a lot worse for us than they are today; Boy, do I regret this Uberti…
Kokua, take a look:

Loving these boards.
Howzit balsa, I guess that they aren't sold in the US but I will look into them. As for your pistol collection, it's to bad Herb doesn't come on here since he would like those. Speaking of Herb, he phoned me the other day which was a great surprize and we had a good long talk and he is doing good. Aloha,Kokua
Here is one I just finished…
Nice outline Ace, that one looks like a speed monster, all kinds of glide.
Since we were talking Westerns, a couple for the folks way south: Quigley Down Under-decent, Man From Snowy River-great riding, charging down that slope?!?!
SA..WEET. Ace, I like that outline. Do I see a little bit of what, pulled in tail, just before the sides? tell us more. please.
how wide? wide point where? nose and tail? rocker shot? show us your underware. or don't, actually.
Ace, the cool thing about your shape is it’s long but not parallel, not easy to do. Knowing the dims. would be nice but, Mr Tate can have your underware all by his lonesome.
My underwear.
Holy Skidmark Batman!!! Thank Heaven those crusaders were caped!
I have spent a lot of time developing templates that have a cohesive look throughout my boards. I don’t like it when it looks like someone just stuck a nose on a board. I have to drag these big ones out into the alley and lay em on their side to get a good look at the outlines. You have to get the outline so that your eye does not stop at any particular point. Than check and double check em so you do not get figure eights in the middle crooked stringers really show up on these. This one is 23 1/2" wide in the middle of the board carrying up to about 6" above center. The tail is 14" and nose is 15". 3 1/2" thick. Rails and bottom go from roll 50/50ish to V panels in the tail. Long smooth transitions= smooth fast and the deep V helps them turn.
Here is a side shot
Thx for the dims. very nicely done. T was right about how hard it is to avoid parallel rails on a long one. You do good work.
cool unders, too. just don't be in any car accident wearing them.
hey Ace
nice lookin board,
Im getin ready to glass up an 11 ft’r

mabe the pic is tilted a bit???
I will post pics as soon as I get some glass on it, Im afraid to dent it , so It sits still untill I can glass.
Wow! THAT is a cool board!!! Like Kensurf said it looks thicker but I dig it.REALLY NICE FOIL.The curves are where it’s at ! That board is doin’ 90 mph while standing still. Thanks for the info.
Sorry that my camera angle was not a perfect side shot
