You need pigment to get a solid color, tint will not do an acceptable job.

Laminate the darker side first, then a lighter second lam will be invisible on the lap (dependingon color choices of course).

Pin line should use pigmented resin, brushed on the hot coat which you have already sanded with 220 grit wet sandpaper or finer. Seal pinline tape edges before brushing with a little catalyzed lam resin. Pull the tape as soon as the brushout is complete.
