tip for those little bubbles!

ive had a problem with little bubbles along the rails after glassing. in the past ive injected them to fill them up. today i was just about to baste the laps when i noticed a few so i took a tongue depressor and work some of the basting mix in until the bubbles were full and then just left some over the top and it worked! good luck and happy xmas paul

You should improve your laminating technique so you don’t get bubbles in the first place.

I would say that your not saturating the glass enought befor you tuck it under also to get it tight use a bondo spreder it will pull that rail tight and that should do it

Howzit Pauluk, First you need to determine if the bubbles are from a dry lam or to much resin left in the rail area. Both will cause the bubbles. Aloha, Kokua
