I’m also offering a $1,000.00 REWARD FOR THE IDENTITY OF THE PERSON/PERSONS WHO USED MY NAME TO POST ON THE SURFERMAG SITE. The thread has been pulled down, over there, but it’s evidence, and a court order will spring it. On Tues. or Wed. I’ll be driving up to Capistrano to visit the offices of Surfer Mag, and discuss how they can be of assistance. Personally I think janklow IS Roy, as well as others, just so Roy can have ‘‘conversations’’ with himself. By the time I’m done with this, someone will be selling their kidneys to pay their legal expenses, and it won’t be me. FWIW, I’m pretty sure janklow is his own person. He claims houston/gulf coast area, and certainly wouldn’t lie about that (who would?!) We’ve talked about meeting for a board-swap session as well as other PMs, so if he is a troll, then he has gone to extreme lengths to legitimize himself.
I wish I had the resources to help you with the rest of the problem, Bill. God knows if someone was posting some BS on a BB with my real name, I’d be moving heaven and earth to find the sucker and see him pay. Good luck, and let us know how it comes out.
