Now back to the grind. Got 3 more boards to do before any glassing happens! The joys of a small shed where my shaping room is also my glossing and sanding bay!!
Looks good - I like how you just went for it! Post up some more pics when you get to glassing. My shaping shack is also my glassing room - I can relate.
Good job! One thing I did, but you don’t have to do it - unless you want to. I didn’t leave the tail block flat at block.I surformed and sanded it more to more of a point… then screened. But i’d do it either way, but I kinda old school’d it…
Well i finally finished it!!
My first cut laps went really well!. I learnt heaps too. Did the trick with the roller on the cut lap edges too!
The girlfriend helped with the acrylic squeegee art on the deck.
I forgot to put wax in my hotcoat on the deck so just threw down another hotcoat with the wax in it this time and it worked out awesome!

I have a Tomo Nano Vector Quad that I love. It has glassed on hatchet quads.
