The maiden voyage was the most instantaneous session I’ve ever had. The surf was all bumped out from and easterly working out of the central bay to the north end where I surfed. Every time there was a little corner to drop in on – I just took a couple of strokes and off it went unless it was just spin it and drop in without a stroke. It was section city but it was fine!
